Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received.
To request a return, please contact us at info@perfilbelleza.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

Only unused and unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
